Welcome to Lilith & Eve™, a private wellness division of Cyber-Survivors Alliance LLC.
By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any Lilith & Eve service (“Offer”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. About Lilith & Eve™

Lilith & Eve™ provides elite private wellness coaching, sound-based nervous system support, identity restoration experiences, and discrete retreat-style engagements for individuals with public-facing careers. All interactions prioritize confidentiality, emotional safety, and non-clinical support.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to:
• Individuals 30 years of age or older
• Individuals with public visibility or roles requiring privacy for recovery
• Individuals with the legal capacity to enter into agreements

Lilith & Eve™ reserves the right to decline service at its sole discretion.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy Protection

• Strict no-recording policy: no cameras, screenshots, audio capture, or documentation permitted
• No spectators, staff not employed by Lilith & Eve™, or unapproved attendees allowed
• Participant identities, personal content, and session experiences are never disclosed or used for marketing
• Any testimonial or public acknowledgment requires separate written consent

Violation may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

4. Payments & No Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full unless a written installment plan exists
• No refunds under any circumstance
• All Offers are time-sensitive; missed participation does not qualify for compensation
• Chargebacks or payment disputes are prohibited and may result in legal recovery actions

5. Non-Clinical Wellness Disclaimer

Lilith & Eve™ provides coaching, not healthcare.
No diagnosis, medical advice, or guaranteed outcomes are offered.

Participants are responsible for obtaining licensed care when needed.

6. Conduct & Safety

Participants agree to:
• Maintain a substance-free environment: no alcohol or illegal drugs
• Behave respectfully toward facilitators and fellow participants
• Follow all guidelines provided in sessions

Failure to comply results in immediate removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content—including coaching frameworks, sound-based methods, written materials, and brand assets—remain the intellectual property of Cyber-Survivors Alliance LLC.
Reproduction, public disclosure, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at personal risk.
Lilith & Eve™ is not liable for:
• Physical injury or discomfort
• Emotional responses or personal decisions
• Travel-related delays or losses
• Technology or communication disruptions
• Force majeure or external events

Participants agree to hold Lilith & Eve™, its owners, and affiliates harmless.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in services, submitting payment, or accessing materials, you acknowledge full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
