We do not collect biometric, health diagnostic, or behavioral tracking data.

3. How Information Is Used

Data supports:
• Secure communication and scheduling
• Program delivery and account access
• Payment confirmation and internal recordkeeping

Lilith & Eve™ does not sell or trade personal information.
No participant data is used for advertising or public promotion.

4. Confidentiality Standards

All interactions are treated as strictly confidential.
No client names, images, likenesses, or identifying information are ever disclosed publicly without explicit, written consent.

5. Information Sharing

Data may be shared only with vetted third-party vendors required to operate the business (e.g., payment processors).
These vendors must follow equal or higher privacy standards.

No sensitive information is shared externally.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Records are retained only as long as legally required or operationally necessary.
Participants may request secure deletion of their data unless retention is required by law.

8. International Access

If accessing from outside the United States, data may be stored on U.S. servers. Participation constitutes consent to this transfer.
